"I began re-development on the Tempur-Pedic® iStore website (affectionately called B2B Online) in February 2006. My challenge was to develop a site based on rules and procedures in our Retail Division to electronically enter orders adequately into our Oracle database. This is when I was introduced to iBizSoft and Sandeep Kuttiyatur. Over the course of 3 months in re-development of the existing site, Sandeep was more than accommodating. Working both on and offsite he and iBizSoft was able to program every one of my needs and interpreted my logic into an outstanding dynamic website. Nearly every part of the site was customized and I never heard "I can't do that" or "it can't be done".
The newly designed website went live on June 1st 2006 and was fully operational (through firewalls and other non related system issues) by 5 am with the complete dedication of Sandeep and his team. Traffic on the site (used only for our Retail Division partners to place orders) increased 293% from February 2006 to June 2006 because new programming allowed more retailers the ability to use the site and continues to climb with on-going improvements!

"Murad.com had issues with the speed of the Oracle 11.5.7 iStore shopping cart software even though the hardware and architecture were setup to support heavy throughput.
