Chat Application integrated with Oracle Commerce modules
Here customers can chat with the Administrator
Administrator and customer have to login first using nickname name and password to start chatting.
2) Chat window
After logged in customer will redirect to chat page.
On Administrator side, Administrator can view all currently available customers on top right corner.
3) Sending messages
On clicking customer’s name,a window to send message displays
Customer can view the message and reply by clicking send button.
On click send button
Administrator can view the message from the customer.
4) Edit Personal info
It allows users to store some personal information
5) Private Message
It allows users to send private messages. i.e users can communicate with each other.
