Here are a few solutions we have created for our customers.
Client 1 needed tighter integration between iProcurement & iStore eCommerce applications of Oracle eBusiness suite version 11i. iBizSoft conducted a gap analysis for the client's core business needs and developed a customized solution, using J2EE and XML Technologies. With version R12, Oracle has now incorporated such an integration as a standard feature in iStore.
Client 2 had iStore shopping cart related issues, which had huge impact on the performance of the eCommerce site and on the customer satisfaction in general. iBizSoft solved the performance issue by resolving the root cause related to Quoting tables, which is an interface between iStore and Order Management.
Client 3 approached iBizSoft to assist them with implementation of Oracle Quoting and to resolve Quote to Order related issues. iBizSoft, after detailed analysis, identified the root cause to be additional flexFields in Order Management which had no corresponding mappings in Oracle Quoting, which caused an issue at the time of Quote to Order conversion. iBizSoft resolved the issue with a Custom Order Creation API, and the customer was able to move to the next phase of the Oracle implementation.
Client 4 went live with Order to Cash and iStore and found gaps related to Customer Relationships wherein earlier releases of iStore had issues deciphering relationships between a logged user's account number and other related accounts under that account number. They also had issues related to Online Registration of customers. iBizSoft conducted an in depth analysis of the business processes involved and came up with an efficient solution that involved minor tweaking in the business process and the code involved in the ERP and CRM modules. With this solution, customer was able to reduce the time required to maintain the customer relationships and standard information from 30 mins to under 2 minutes.
Client 5 was experiencing performance issues related to the way Oracle Pricing was structured which affected Order Management and other modules. iBizSoft conducted a detailed root cause analysis and found issues related to qualifiers in the range of hundreds of thousands as well as the sub-optimal coding of qualifiers themselves. In addition, the client was not up to date with the patch set levels for Pricing, which caused run away processes due to high time-cost queries. iBizSoft also did a time-based analysis by searching an item off a price list and suggested an optimal solutions using efficient qualifier definitions.
